Executive Communications Presentation Specialist
  • 50/50 design and storytelling. (graphic)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
  • As a(n) Executive Communications Presentation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
  • Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Primarily through the use of PowerPoint, work cross-functionally to deliver compelling, visually appealing senior-leader presentations on a wide range of topics that adhere to the Client brand.
  • Create visual story lines, graphics, etc., that accurately deliver messaging and drive objectives.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders on communications projects, presentations and executive events.
  • Train and provide skill-building to other executive communications team members on brand standards and the use of PowerPoint and other design software.
  • Ensure production of deliverables is consistent with communication strategy, plan and budget, with measurable impact on the organization's results.
Your Skills and Expertise
  • To set you up for success in this role from day one, Client requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, communications, branding and/or advertising in a private, public, government or military environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Strong visual communicator with a great sense of storytelling and the ability to understand our clients’ needs
  • Well-versed in design techniques, tools and computer skills, including expert skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Has a professional portfolio that showcases exceptional design skills
  • Experience developing compelling stories through presentation materials in a business environment
  • Corporate or business communications experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of Associated Press style guidelines
  • This role requires very strong organizational and execution skills. Attention to detail is critical.
  • Experience working on confidential initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Customer-/client-centric mindset combined with contagious enthusiasm and passion
