Position Summary:
  • Project Manager for Strategic Meeting Management for planning large cross-organizational events.
  • Examples include: Leadership Conference, Women’s events, Executive Leadership Summit.PM will be accountable to the owners for the events.
  • There are different owners for the different events. 
  • PM will be accountable to the owners for the events.
  • There are different owners for the different events.
  • Required experience with large, cross-organizational event planning. This individual will help drive consistency and standards with how we plan, communicate and coordinate these large events
Duties to include
  •  Scheduling, preparation for and facilitation of meetings
  •  Documentation of meeting notes
  •  Tasks – planning, tracking, management, accountability
  •  Decision management (e.g., potential for site reviews, working with event vendors, planning with speakers, etc.)
  •  Forecast and budget management for each event
  •  Prepare event playbook to drive consistency over time for large event management
Successful candidate to exhibit:
  •  Passion and enthusiasm for work – meetings and the work should be fun
  •  Executive presence is absolutely paramount
  •  Diplomacy
  •  Ability to communicate effectively with executive leaders
  •  Efficiency – ability to “run a tight ship
