Position summary:

  • The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist supports omnichannel offer and promotional communication across the business.
  • This position is responsible for maintaining a 4-week view of all upcoming offers and promotions, ensuring all executional data is accurate and communicated to partners.
  • They will act as a centralized hub for all offer-related information.
  • This position is also responsible for maintaining all marketing related store information and providing accurate store counts to team members to help influence marketing buys.
  • This position is expected to have a deep knowledge of all marketing that lives across the fleet of company's  Stores, specifically pertaining to the Lingerie space.
  • The Sr. Specialist will work daily with Visual, Production and other Operations partners to ensure all store needs are met.
  • This role has a variety of project-based work pertaining to new store openings, internal process and system development, as needed. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, maintain and distribute Brand Execution Notes (promotional communication document)
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners across Planning, Merchandising, Performance Marketing and ECOMM to ensure all upcoming offers are accurate and communicated to stake holders
  • Accountable for offer accuracy including start/end date, inclusions/exclusions, and offer details
  • Responsible for alerting teams impacted by updates and changes
  • Ensure promotional tests are executed correctly and provide operational details to the testing team
  • Responsible for requesting in-store collateral for all upcoming promotions
  • Review and approve all promotional marketing assets during routing to ensure details are aligned with offer intent
  • Ad-Hoc document creation to support offer planning meetings (Calendars, Offer Overviews, TY/LY views)
  • Act as central hub and subject matter expert for all offer related inquiries and updates
  • Develop and maintain marketing store lists and databases, closely following Real Estate activity and element rollouts to maintain accuracy
  • Work with cross-functional partners to determine marketing distribution lists based on product type, store designs, sizes, tiers, etc.
  • Provide store counts to production team to influence marketing buy quantities
  • Troubleshoot marketing related issues from field partners
  • Manage marketing hotline call center and web ordering tool by monitoring, processing and tracking store marketing fulfillment
  • Provide marketing hotline with up to date marketing assets, item setups, and tracking information
  • Develop new programming within the existing marketing hotline call center system
  • Support Real Estate openings by submitting marketing and visual orders, tracking shifts in open date and rescheduling deliveries as necessary
  • Act as Marketing liaison with Real Estate Project Managers during opening process
  • Implement new processes to support both cross-functional teams and the brand.
  • Other duties, as required, in support of overall business initiatives

Qualifications:

  • A passion for teamwork and operational or service-oriented partners
  • A passion for problem-solving and for identifying and addressing process and operational opportunities
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable communicating with all levels of management
  • Ability to collaborate with, as well as influence, individuals across various levels and functions
  • Ability to follow through on tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Aptitude to quickly adapt to change and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple simultaneous priorities

Experience Required:

  • Business undergraduate degree, or equivalent years of experience
  • 3-5 years of marketing, operations, project management, or corporate retail experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook. Preferred experience with Adobe Suite and Smartsheet.
