Job Description: 

The Customer Success Associate is a primary support resource for clients, consultants and internal staff at Horizontal Talent. This role is unique in that it supports 3 areas of the Talent Agency, Administrative Support, Consultant Support and Sales Support. The Customer Success Associate will work in close conjunction with the Recruiting and Account Management teams to manage a sub-set of clients and ensure that all functions of the position are supported. As one of the faces of our Talent brand, the Customer Success Associate role will require utmost professionalism, superior relationship-building and communication skills, exceptional time management and organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
• Maintains office and kitchen supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels and submitting order requests for approval. Also, send and receive packages.
• Maintains marketing materials for client visits & sponsored events
• Organize company events (Birthday Celebrations, Team Activities and Volunteer events)
• ATS/CRM Clean Up
• Manage internal hire onboarding and offboarding activities

Consultant Support
• Facilitate all new engagement communication, paperwork, and logistics
• Initiate and monitor Drug & Background verifications
• Touch base with consultants on their first day and perform regular check-ins thereafter
• Assist with onboarding submittals in the client system
• Validate the Placement in Bullhorn is accurate compared to the client system
• Ensure all weekly timecards and expense reports are submitted and approved by client
• Coordinate individual consultant outings/touch points with the respective Recruiter and/or Account Manager
• Ensure all Client Onboarding Requirements are met in preparation for an Audit
• Develop consultant training program for all new clients
• Complete and approve placement change requests when necessary
• Serve as an escalation point for service issues, and take responsibility for proactive problem resolution
• Manage project completions for your assigned clients and coordinate with the recruiting team to re-engage the candidate.
• Other duties as assigned

Sales Support
• Participate in client & target account strategy sessions with AMs as requested.
• Create client reporting based on KPI’s listed in the contract
• Attend client meetings and events as needed.
• Work Order acceptance and maintenance support

Education, Skills and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be a high-energy, enthusiastic individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with numerous interdependencies.
• Creativity to propose innovative solutions to situations by trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills.
• Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven.
• Must have client-facing experience (phone or in-person).
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Support and/or Staffing industry experience preferred
• Must have Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
