Remote in the US. This is a Contract to Hire position.


We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to work closely with the HR, benefits, compensation, payroll, and talent acquisition teams to ensure data management and reporting needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow, develop and lead a team of Talent Operations Analysts.
  • Partner with stakeholders on issue resolution and drive process improvements.
  • Drive operational excellence and alignment across talent processes & systems to align with company overall priorities
  • Meet with key stakeholders on a recurring basis to understand needs, uncover opportunities for improvement and automation. Document enhancement requirements and perform UAT.
  • Partner with HRIT to prioritize technology enhancement requests.
  • Serves as subject matter expert on Workday capabilities within Talent Organization.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years experience on HR technology platforms, systems, analytics and processes. Workday and ServiceNow experience required.
  • Strong background in HR systems integration and ability to create custom reporting in Workday.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite with expert knowledge in Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Strong technical, analytical, organizational skills and problem solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to work within a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong consultative/client service skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility and a strong work ethic.
