Overview

 

  • Drive requirements gathering sessions with GDM stakeholders (Stakeholder roles - Architect/ client Sr BA)
  • Contribute in prioritization of the backlog as required
  • Document requirements:

o AC: either in stories/ FSDs. The user stories are written if it is an enhancement to a customer journey. FSDs when there is an enhancement to component/ template. New FSD’s are only required when their new components/templates being created, if not it is only the updates.

o CDP: stories/FSDs as appropriate for new functionality and business rules being developed

  • Closely partner with AC, AEM & Azure (CDP) architects to ensure the requirements which will be sent to offshore are FEASIBLE
  • Support QA track by reviewing their test cases and providing approval
  • Engage with dev team daily to resolve any dependencies
  • Support UAT and update documentation as required
  • Provide thought leadership to both internal and client teams in the framing of requirements/solutions be the go-to resource and advocate for the platform’s capabilities (& limitations)

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience with Marketing Automation platforms (ideally Adobe Campaign) is a must have
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytics skills and experience using analytics/visualization tools
  • Proven experience in the practice of product management. You have shipped product and can prove it.
  • Desire to build great products and teach others to do the same
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams comprising product managers, marketers, finance, creatives, analytics, and technology
  • Experience working in an Agile workspace
