Our client, a fast-growing healthcare company, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team for a Direct Hire opportunity! The perfect candidate will have solid experience in paid and organic social media marketing (especially on Facebook and Instagram), content creation, running and testing campaigns, and working with agency partners to determine ad placement and ad targeting.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of all paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to shoot short form videos to use across social media channels
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis to identify and act on areas of improvement
  • Identify and track KPIs to drive leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Work closely with external agencies to determine ad placement and ad targeting strategies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of paid social media experience
  • Facebook and Instagram Ads manager experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent
  • Content creation experience, especially with video
  • Proficiency in data analytics to assess and optimize social media campaigns
