Position Description

  • As part of the RTG Marketing Operations & Services team, the Senior Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for managing various training media projects, timelines, and milestones.
  • This cross functional role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams simultaneously - in both an independent and team environment - collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders within the organization.

Position Responsibilities

Manage Training Projects and Process

  • Coordinate activities, resources, projects and timelines across functions (Cross functional groups Restorative Therapies Group Business Units (BU)
  • Work with internal staff and external vendors/contractors to manage workflow of media and training projects, manage key stake holders and meet timeline/deliverables
  • Ensure completion of standards are upheld by all users through system monitoring
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on project work to various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various business partners to address questions and ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are attained
  • Proactively communicate and follow up with business partners to ensure efficient and compliant workflow
  • Identify, develop, and execute scalable process improvements related to systems and media development processes between internal and external parties.
  • Manage external agency engagement process and guidelines, generating regular updates and spend reports, while supporting the broader training organization
  • Travel expectation; 5%

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management, digital/online education, media traffic, marketing, communications and/or program management, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience managing a digital asset library, partnering with internal content owners and external agency partners to keep assets up-to-date and supported
  • Healthcare or medical device industry experience
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Strong people, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency using WorkFront, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to present material appropriate to the level of the audience
  • Experience performing digital content reviews and/or media reviews
