POSITION SUMMARY:
  • We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Global IT Connected Care team.
  • The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst will deliver & support a Mobile Device Management program for devices used by our patients, physicians, and caregivers.
  • This position will focus primarily on mobile health and connected care solutions as a mobile ecosystem Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • You will translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and manage requests for change using an Agile project methodology.
  • Strong communication skills are required to work with numerous functional areas and different levels within the organization.
  • You will have the opportunity to create real value working on applications across various mobile devices including iOS and Android.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Lead a medium to large demand Mobile Device Management program; coordinating with business partners to define the end user experience that influence our customer interactions with company's  products and services.
  • Manage and champion our connected care mobility core service offerings such as mobile application release management processes or other tools that provide insights to mobile application use, stability, or functionality
  • Attend and contribute to challenging meetings & discussions with cross- functional representatives including R&D, Marketing, and IT
  • Collect, interpret, document and prioritize business requirements and operational strategies
  • Work collaboratively with end-users and business partners to assess the business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives, and then guide them to the applicable processes or solution that will achieve the business goals
  • Contribute to the translation of functional business requirements to technical solutions and articulate these solutions to high-level audiences
  • Stay current on changes to the mobile device management and mobile application delivery ecosystem to fill that role as the Subject Matter Expert for our internal business partners
  • Understand and document complex processes using current tools and techniques such as process maps or diagrams, and MS Visio software
  • Provide support and end-user training for Tier I and Tier II support teams for externally facing mobile apps and mobile devices
  • Ensure proper validation documentation is in place for all projects (i.e. company's  System Compliance Methodology (MSCM))
  • Provide detailed functional knowledge and maintain insight to current industry best practices and how they can be applied to company's 
  • Ensure that company's  systems and the information on them are protected in accordance with company's  Information Protection Policies and Standards, as well as best Information Protection practices
  • Other relevant duties as requested

 NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Previous experience with mobile device management tools preferred
  • Previous experience with mobile applications strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with Android devices, Android Enterprise, and KNOX mobile enrollment
  • Product Development Process experience
  • Medical Technology and/or Life Science industry experience, specifically company's Experience
  • Previous company's  experience
  • Preference given to current company's  employees
  • Knowledge of the mobile health space, both health & fitness as well as medical/clinical mobile apps
  • Experience with consumer facing IT solutions, preferably mobile applications and mobile devices
  • Knowledge of FDA (and other agencies) regulation
  • Experience with HIPAA
  • Experience in business process definition, requirements definition and technology solution research
  • Ability to map and translate business process or concepts into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal & presentation) and meeting facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities
  • Strong decision-making and problem resolution abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand end-audience needs and requirements
  • Strong understanding of business processes and vocabulary
  • Ability to work collaboratively
