Job Description:-
  • Global Integrated Media Governance & Enablement Specialist (CW) – Client Communications, Corporate Affairs
  • As an Integrated Media Governance & Enablement Specialist here at Client, you’ll help enable safe and scalable brand building and business growth through social and paid media, including:
  • Educating and informing enterprise stakeholders of governance policies and best practices
  • Communicating governance priorities, processes and policies
  • Managing workflows and forms in enterprise request/collaboration system
  • Managing the creation and retirement of social and paid media accounts
  • Executing administrative tasks to enable brand and operations compliance, including reviewing assets for proper branding, administering social account profile updates, etc.
  • Maintaining and updating process documentation
  • Leading regular audits to assess brand, content and governance compliance, and identify opportunities to improve social and paid media effectiveness
  • Assisting in training on governance and compliance best practices
  • Maintaining up-to-date contact information for social practitioners and their agencies in all geographies and businesses
  • Contributing to regular monthly reporting
Your Skills and Expertise
  • To set you up for success in this role from day one, Client is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
  • 3+ year professional marketing or communication operations experience
  • 2+ year professional project management experience
  • Governance and policy/standards experience a plus
  • Technical software management experience a plus
  • Proficiency in the English language

  • Experience with workflow management software and building forms/workflows
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience with marketing & communications operations related to social media and advertising
  • Experience using social media and other related software (Sprinklr, Opal, Dynamic Signal, Adobe Assets/Experience Manager)

Global Integrated Media Employee Advocacy Specialist (CW) – Client Communications, Corporate Affairs
As a Global Integrated Media Employee Advocacy Specialist here at Client, you’ll help enable advance and protect Client brand & reputation by heling to administer our global social employee advocacy program, including:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day administration of the social employee advocacy program
  • Providing support to primary stakeholders, including coordinating onboarding and training for new users and partnering with leads on program deployment
  • Maintaining the relationship with the software supplier, including ongoing meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Leading ongoing program and platform maintenance and addressing platform issues and opportunities
  • Providing monthly feedback and reports to appropriate stakeholders
  • Managing internal employee social media training and communications sites

Global Integrated Media Social Activation Specialist (CW) – Client Communications, Corporate Affairs
As a Global Integrated Media Social Activation Specialist (CW) here at Client, you’ll help advance and protect Client Brand and reputation by:
  • Developing and executing social media campaigns that support Client’s brand narrative and reputation strategy across social media platforms
  • Designing the paid, owned and earned social media approach for program and event activation
  • Executing best practices in social media across content, channels, placements and partners
  • Working in collaboration with Communications, Brand, Events/Sponsorships and other Corporate Affairs teams
  • Helping manage team projects for social media program activation
  • Contributing to regular monthly and campaign reporting

Core Hours:
  • This is a contractor role.
  • 40 hours/week
  • 5 days remote (during COVID)
  • Core business hours are 8:30am-4:30pm
