  • Work independently with subject matter experts across DLMP/MCS Sales, Marketing, Operations, Education, and Scientific Publications to design and produce content solutions that achieve business goals.
  • Responsibilities include: understanding business goals; creating content and managing the review process; testing; identifying communication needs then developing internal and external communications along with supporting materials such as quick references guides or feature sheets; establishing and analyzing appropriate metrics to determine the effectiveness of tactics; continuous self-directed education on relevant best practices; actively contributing expertise by training staff and refining site guidelines; and developing process workflows.
  • Must be a self-directed learner; comfortable learning new software with little or no classroom instruction.

 

Required Experience:

  • Strong technical knowledge of web-related concepts and excellent business writing skills required.
  • Experience perform tasks using: Dreamweaver, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Photoshop, SharePoint, Remedy, MML Content Engine, and MML Profile Manager.
  • Prefer individuals with Web Publishing/Production experience that includes: writing HTML code, creating visual elements, applying content design principles, and have demonstrated a working knowledge of Web metrics tools and push email systems.
