What You’ll Do

  • Work with stakeholders from across all aspects of the business to develop, communicate, and rollout improved strategic processes throughout the IT organization.
  • Develop Key Process Indicator metrics to identify opportunities for process efficiencies and improvements. Monitor
  • Align IT processes to ITIL best practices, where applicable. Work with team leads to address areas for improvement and guide definition and implementation of process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for automating processes and workflows whenever possible, making use of existing tools within the ecosystem. (e.g., iServer, ServiceNow, SharePoint)
  • Analyze and report on Organizational Health metrics that roll-up key metrics throughout the organization to indicate maturity, resiliency, efficacy, and productivity. Communicate and make visible via dashboards and reports.
  • Provide backup for the IT Change Control and Root Cause Analysis processes. Work with the ITS Change Control Lead to improve processes, improve compliance, and socialize continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the SBU/SSU and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s in Information Technology or a related technical field plus 5 or more years related experience.
  • Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
  • Understanding of IT Service Management processes, ITIL, software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, etc.
  • Previous experience in a project management or process development role (defining, documenting, and continually improving key organizational processes).
  • Proven ability to work independently and on own initiative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer knowledge and organizational skills, and must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
